My Background
Hi! I’m Laura, the founder of Athena Accounting & Bookkeeping Services. I am fully qualified, AAT trained and licensed and regulated by the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB).
With 12 years' experience in accounting and finance, I take pride in ensuring work is carried out accurately and competently. Fear not! I'm not a stereotypical accountant. I'm friendly and approachable, and most importantly a good listener – I will take time to understand your requirements and tailor a package to suit.

Our Approach
As a virtual accounting practice, services are provided via secure cloud-based platforms along with supported smartphone apps, which means you can easily send your invoices and receipts and view real time data which is a huge advantage for business owners. It removes the need for manual record keeping and that 'shoebox of receipts' in turn leading to greater efficiency!

We only work with the most up to date software which is GDPR compliant and ready for MTD. We hold Xero Advisor and QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certifications.
Athena Accounting and Bookkeeping Services holds professional indemnity insurance.
